At Hush Puppies Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original shoe box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your parcel at any Australia Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
